SIB20210 Certificate II in Nail Technology

This nationally recognised course is the highest level accredited qualification for starting a career in the nail industry. This course combines the foundation practical skills, theoretical knowledge and hands on experience in a key range of subjects required for graduates to become a fully qualified nail technician. This course requires students to successfully complete 15 units of competence, comprising 10 core units and 5 elective units. Some units from this course are credited towards articulation to a Certificate III in Beauty Services, Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Beauty Therapy

Articulation to a Certificate III in Beauty services, Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and receive credits towards the Diploma of Beauty Therapy.

1 day per week over a recommended time frame for part-time study of 6 or 12 months. This courses is suitable for mature aged students, people wishing to expand their expertise into new areas and students in grade 10, 11 or 12 may complete this course as part of the VET in schools program.

On campus: Part time study: 1-2 days per week over 6 – 12 months. Timetables will be issued to students prior to commencement of study.

Payment plans are available to all eligible students. Fee structure is as follows.
$950.00 application fee
$405.00 deposit prior to courses commencement (15% of course cost)
Balance of $1345.00 paid in instalments.
Total fees $2700.00.
Students may also pay fees in advance to be eligible for discount.
The application fee is deducted from the course fees and is to secure a place in the course and must be paid when Application and Enrolment Forms are submitted.
